Statistics show that balancing work with home and personal life is the greatest source of stress, and this stress not only affects the well-being of the individual but it decreases the amount of quality time spent with their families and the ones they value. With such a heavy burden, it is no surprise that lists after lists of impossibilities are commonly heard as excuses.
